Canned 5/5/22; drank 1/24/23 @ Roadrunner Lodge.
See-through pale yellow appearance.
A rough pour yielded a big eggshell head; frothy lace.
Lemon, wheat bread & pine notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Lemon, wheat bread & honey flavors. Balanced & tasty.

1st review of this beer on BA despite it somehow being 'retired' already.
First off, great name. Pours a golden yellow color. Has clarity for the most part outside of a very light degree of chill haze. 2/5" white head. The aroma kicks down a massive lager yeast. This is my jam. Even though there are Strata (and Crystal) hops here, its the yeast that leads the charge.
Taste is much the same way, despite having proprietary hops, its the yeast, and even the pilsner malt that stand the tallest. The mouth feel is appropriately crisp, dry and bad ass. Light impression of citrus rind. Those ample waves of grain taste so nice here. This beer does everything very well. There is the initial desire to say something about Strata not showing up, but man, everything about this beer is really good, maybe I'm just broken on ipa levels of hops.
If I were a smarter man, I'd drink a lot more of this and a lot less $30 bottles.
