My first from Moksa, I went on their website and found it and Moksa's mission more thoughtful than most, particularly for a 7 year old micro. It is good they think abstractly about beer, but Moksa seems to brew well also. Their most popular brews are imperials, stouts and AIPAs. While that is not uncommon, it also is not easy. Because they paint the Big Picture and have developed a local following, I give Moksa very good Overall Hugs.
Summerthyme is interesting and almost quite good. While it Looks only slightly above average among Kolschs (more dark malt and foam please), Smells, Taste and Feel improve with the lemon thyme... a subtle, summery sensory satiation. The thyme doesn't finish smooth, but they'll figure it out in the next release. Medium-mouthed. I'd have this again next summer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
