Clear amber gold with a tall head of off-white foam, through it settles fairly quickly.
This is an unabashed brett showcase, but more in the herbal, verdantly vinous bitter realm, not so much in the direction of horse blanket. A pleasant absence of other phenols allows a bit of lemon or orange peel to accent the bitterness with a little brightness.
Its crispness becomes frothy before the bone dry finish.
