Served in a tumbler at Mundelein Brewfest 2014.
Didn't even notice the Emmett's booth at first, but, hey, I'm here now, let's have a pils, eh? This stuff pours a clear straw topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises flowers, grass, and light barley. The taste brings in more of the same, the hops really coming through nicely without overpowering things. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a crisp finish. Overall, a solid German pils, no complaints whatsoever.
