(Served in a strange)
A- This beer had a nice crystal clear warm yellow body with a pure white meringue head on top. It had a very gentle carbonation.
S- The smell of toasted malt and raw grains were light. The note of soft green hops was in there also. As this beer warmed a hint of sulfur was in the background.
T- The taste of Vienna malt and some biscuit malt were blended with a great smooth spicy hops. There was some grassy notes in the hops but they had the taste of German hops and a nice soft bitterness in the finish. The hops were a little stronger than the malt but they were both players.
M- This beer had a medium mouthfeel with no Alcohol warmth or astringency
D- I would put this beer in the style of Vienna Lager instead of a kolsch. It was very smooth with bold flavors and a dry crispness overall.
