Taste: Crisp, lite semi sweet wheat with notes of clove, banana, with a fizzy clean finish for a Hefe. Big spiced banana, lemon, wheat nose. Gold, slight haze, smaller head and delicate lace in taster glass. Medium body. crisp version of this style. 8 IBUs
