A- This beer has a hazy warm brown body with a creamy light tan head that sits on top like a mousse. There are a few bubbles of tiny carbonation pushing through the thick body.
S- The smell of caramel cake icing and cake has a nice sweetness with a strong spice from hops to finish it off and cut down the sweetness.
T- The sweet caramel has note of butter and candy quickly followed by a spicy hop flavor that has lots of grassy qualities. The faint chocolate malt flavor comes through as it warms and the bitterness of the hops hangs on the tongue more and more.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a slight fizz texture and a faint alcohol warmth that compliments the hops nicely.
D- The malt complexity is nice with not many typical malt flavor and the sweetness is nicely matched with the hops and soft alcohol. It goes down smooth and fast.
