Served in a short weizen glass at Emmett's Palatine 7/20/08. Thanks to HeatherAnn for the assist!
A: Served a clear pale gold with lazy carbonation and a tiny white head that left minimal lace.
S: Spicy Belgian yeast, a touch of toasted grain, and noble hops (?).
T: Nice level of spicy yeastiness, along with pear, clove, some citrus, and a kiss of hops.
M: Prickly, oily, and dry. With a long, spicy, and dry finish.
D: Very refreshing. An excellent summer beer!
