Poured from a 22oz bottle into two St. Bernardus goblets. Thanks to HeatherAnn for the assist!

A: Pours a clear, golden, apple juice color. Sadly, no head or lace formed.
S: Zesty aromas of spicy yeast, apples, pear, and something like buttery oak.
T: See above. Tangy and spiced orchard fruit, and a re-appearance of that rounded buttery oakiness.
M: Sweet and fruity, with a spicy edge, and a nice and slick oiliness. Tangy. Excellent mouthfeel!
D: An excellnt Tripel! Emmett's needs to get out there and promote their stuff more because they make some really nice beers.
