Taste: crisp, peppery, yeast bread, tangy fruit notes, bright finish. same with the nose. golden hue, crystal clear, tall white head and nice lace. I enjoyed this with gusto. 18 IBUs

On tap at the West Dundee location. Clear golden body with a white head that holds decent retention. Fruity & spicy Belgian yeast aroma with some pale malt in the mix as well. Nice meld of easy drinking flavors with notes of pale malt, Belgian yeast, bread and fruitiness. Light-to-medium body, ample carbonation, balanced finish. Nice "Belgian Blonde" as the brewery tags it - easy drinking with added complexity from the Belgian yeast.
