Appearance: Deep, gold color, very clear, with medium lace. Slight head of 1mm. Steady stream of bubbles. Overall, a handsome beer.
Smell: Strong hop aroma, which smells mostly of grapefruit. Some malt comes through all the hops.
Taste: Heavy hop flavor. Very little malt detected.
Mouthfeel: Thick and cookie-like.
Drinkability: One is very drinkable, but I don't know if I'd drink more than one a night. The name doesn't lie, it's hoppy.
