Served in an imperial pint glass at the Palatine brewpub.
These women beside me weird me out for some reason... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear amber-brass topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose comprises mandarin orange, light banana, clove, and very light grass. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some cracked wheat, very light lemon zest, very light sourdough, coriander, and light apple juice. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, a pretty enjoyable little wit. It's relatively light on the spice, but it still works for me.
