Served in an imperial pint glass at the Palatine brewpub.

Before you reach for that "crafty" Coors product, settle down with this preceding shift. It pours a hazy sunset orange-amber topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild orange zest and light grass. There may or may not be a hint of light biscuit in the background, but it could also just be a figment of my imagination brought about by the racing on the screen above me. (Spoilers: I don't like racing.) The taste brings in more of the same, with more grass and a hint of flowers. The body is a hefty light, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a nice little pale ale, certainly made for "sessioning", and something that lives up to its brewers' intentions. Not bad.
