Served in a pint glass from the tap here at the brewery.
Appearance: Cloudy yellow color with medium bubbles creating a white head rising half a fingers length.
Smell: Lemon skin and feel of citrus juice.
Taste: Has a sour feel with doses of citrus carcass. Feels like a saison feels like an IPA. I am not complaining.
Mouth: Sticky body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Good brew. My favorite so far I have had from this Brewery. Salud
