Golden with a slight haze, a little carbonation, and a finger of off white head.
Smells of malts, a slight fruity note of canned pears, white and black peppers.
Tastes light and complex of spicy but not hot notes. Black, white, and red peppercorns, as well as pears.
Light body with moderate carbonation.
Got at a gas station in Quebec, drinking in Muskoka Feb 17th, 2018. Unique and interesting brew.
