What's an "Italian-Style Pilsner"? Essentially, we take a German-Style Pils and dry hop it with a combination of American and German noble hops, creating a more aromatic hop profile. The aromas are a blend of the flowery, perfumey notes found in German Hallertau Mittelfruh hops, with the addition of the fruitier, pineapple and lemon-forward notes found in American Grungeist and Loral hops. The result is something truly unique - a dry, crisp lager that is more fragrant than you might expect. It's also just flat out delicious.
