On draught at the brewery.
A hazy straw colored pour with a nice head and lacing.
Aroma is surprisingly a little off, a very slightly sulphur odor, perhaps onion. I believe it is the yeast used, I’ve noticed this in some Wit beers I’ve had before and these qualities were indicated in the brewers notes.
The flavor is pleasantly dry, but also lacking in the anticipated malty banana/clove flavors expected with the style.
More like a Wit than a Hefeweizen.
