Brewers Notes: classically black with rich ruby undertones, a subtle smoke and roasted nutty flavor with residual sweetness from the beech wood and cherry wood used to smoked the malt.

On draught at the brewery.
Nice head, light random lacing.
Subtle smokiness on the nose. Roasted maltiness is off dry, a little nutty, tangy, and nicely balanced with the hops bitterness.
The smoke flavor is also subtle, the cherry wood smoke flavor is dominant over the beechwood. A very enjoyable Porter.
