Pours a foggy yellow with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is banana and clove with light hits of spicy hops and bready malts. Flavor profile drives the nose forward, hitting notes of banana, clove and spicy, dry hops and bready, yeasty malts. Mouth feel is fuzzy and lightly soft with a medium thickness. Overall, splendid little hefeweizen with the yeast coming through strong and then mellowing out promptly.
