This is a beer that can catch up with you. It tastes sessionable, but its 7.2% abv says otherwise. It pairs great with one of the Mountain Melt grilled cheese sandwiches that are available at Angry James. It is on the hoppy side for a saison, but this isn’t a bad quality. It is the crispness that tricks you into believing it’s sessionable. Worth a try for certain.
