Calling all Crispy Dads! This unfiltered/hazy Kellerbier clocks in at a refreshing 5.6% ABV. This beer is modeled around a Czech Pilsner featuring a noble spicy hop aroma from Michigan grown Zuper Saazer and a soft bitterness from German Magnum.

On tap at Urban Brew Labs. Pours a light yellow with lots of lacing. I liked the hoppiness of this lager. And the unfiltered flavor. It was a bit like a pale ale, but, you know, brewed like a lager. I'd buy it again. Good summer beer with a bite.

This one pours a very slightly hazy golden orange color, with a very small head and no lacing.
This smells too sweet for the style, with a grainy sweetness that feels partially out of place.
This isn’t atrocious by any means, but it’s eminently forgettable and too sweet for the style, without the crisp bite you’d want out of a kellerbier.
This is light bodied, but underattenuated, with a slightly vegetal and under-fermented finish.
This wasn’t impossible to finish, it was drinkable enough, but it wasn’t all that cleanly or carefully brewed.

16 oz can into a mug.
A: Slightly cloudy golden color with a 3-finger pillowy white head that receded to a half-finger after a minute but left rings of sticky lace.
S: Doughy malt with a faint hint of grassy hops.
T: Malt sweetness that dominated the nose takes a back seat to the hop bitterness, which hits hard up front. Body is a little thin. Don't let it warm up.
F: Medium-light bodied with some creaminess.
