Named after Mike during the build out of the brewery, Sensitive Ears is our house pale ale. For this, we combine a myriad of malt varieties from far and wide and dry hop it twice with an insensitive pile of Citra and Amarillo. Bright and refreshing, Sensitive Ears tastes like the flesh of many clementines and smells of freshly baked lemon meringue pie.

16oz tallboy can, media sample from the brewery.
Mildly hazed out golden hued brew, an amazing head on top that sticks around for a while. Tangerines, papaya, & fresh grass comes to mind. We'll balanced for this hop forward APA. Smooth and a perfect level of carbonation. More flavor than bitterness with some maltiness in the back. Love the use of Citra, Amarillo, & Mosaic hops. I'd opt for this more often than an IPA, drinkable and packed with flavor.

From a 16 oz. can that was canned on 3/22/19. Sampled on March 30, 2019.
Cloudy looking golden-amber with a big white foamy head. Lacing.
The aroma brings out fruit characters more than anything else along with a barley grain bread dough ester.
Medium bodied yet kind of oily.
The taste has a toasty sweetness but a m ore moderate peppery bitter bite.
