Collaboration with Threes Brewing
We brewed Vliet, their house pilsner wort, and fermented this beer with our house kolsch yeast. This beer received the same hopping and treatment on the hot side as Vliet does, and then the same yeast and cellar processes as Contee on the cold side. Vlontee smells and tastes like white tea, freshly baked brioche and a long days work.

Pint can into a shaker.
Appearance: Mostly clear yellow with a short soapy head that disappears quickly.
Aroma: Lemon, dry grass, a little straw and hay.
Taste: More lemon, more grass. Nice dry character. Some faint citrus. Refreshing. Slightly herbal.
Mouthfeel: Very easy drinking. Good stuff. Nice beer to have with pizza, as I did.
Overall: Seems to be a mash up with Three’s Brewing. Definitely works. Very nice effort.
