PORTALS (Boysenberry and Vanilla), the first version of our new experimental sour ale series! Portals is a sour ale conditioned on boysenberries and two different varieties of vanilla. This beer draws inspiration from our first sour ale Implied Diamonds. Refreshingly tart and complemented by additions of vanilla, Portals is strikingly well balanced with flavors of freshly made jam, sweet tarts, and macerated berries with vanilla cream.
