A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that has very good retention properties and left short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of melon are present in the nose - honeydew stands out in particular.
T: Like the smell, the taste has lots of flavors of honeydew melon. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit smooth on the palate with a high amount of carbonation.
O: The smell and taste of this beer is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of honeydew melon. It also had some refreshing properties as there was no bitterness.

Canned on 8/23/19
Opened and reviewed on 9/19/19

Golden orange hazy liquid. 2" tall sea foamy white cover. Lacy leftovers. Full coverage even after dissipation.

Earthy citrus notes pop out of the nose first, honey soaked golden grains and pine tree sap after that. Fresh hoppy and bold aromatics.

Hoppy Sweet citrus and dry cantaloupe hits my taste buds first with low bitterness, but plenty of leafy hop feels that's followed by: sweet malted grains, light and smooth feel with a juicy, then dry effect. The hops seem very fresh with both dry hopped and wet aspects in the taste.

A classic New England style mouthfeel, light and crispy first, medium and smooth middle, ending dry but lush.

Complexity is high, but still comes across as something you can really crush. The dry earthy graininess at the end is something I always enjoy.

Picked up as the last of a mixed 4 pack as put together by the good folks at Global Beverage Warehouse in Ellsworth, Maine on 8-28-19 for $4.25. Canned on 8-23-19; consumed on 9-4-19.

Beer poured a cloudy orange with an okay white head that dissipated pretty quickly.

Nose is a nice combo of tropical and citrus hops.

Taste comes across as a touch of orange and mango with a final stanza of honeydew melon in the hop aftermath. Bitterness is 4/10 on my scale.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and carries heavier than the abv.

Overall a nice nearly sessionable ipa.

Poured into a 16 oz Nordic pint glass canned on 8/23/19. Pours a very attractive hazy dark yellow with a solid finger of sticky white head that leaves thin streaks of lace behind with excellent retention. 4.5

Smell is guava, honeydew, pineapple, tangerine, and a little apricot very balanced and next to no bitterness. 4.25

Taste follows guava, pineapple, tangerine, upfront with some melon and apricot in the finish. 4.5

Mouthfeel is a solid medium, very soft on the palate, sticky but not dry, and at 6.2% easy drinking but packed with flavor. 4.5

Overall I love this very young 15 month old brewery, killing NEIPAs, Stouts, and Milkshake IPAs. Really another excellent brew. 4.5

16oz can dated 7/26/19.

Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white fluff. Nice retention and lacing. Faint peach, pineapple, and melon in the nose. Medium bodied with a creamy, fluffy mouthfeel. Fairly juicy on the palate with peach and melon. Finishes with zero malt, minimally bitterness, and some lingering hops.

Subdued hops for a Definative.

Smell is almost non existent, but the beer tastes really good. Fruitiness and mangos and other fine flavors abound. White head and solid taste. Enjoy this one.

First to enter the beer - so description is (from website): Stainless Oasis is our new 6.2% single IPA! Stainless Oasis tastes and smells like golden citrus, crisp honeydew melon, and dry summer bubbly. I was just up at the brewery and tried it there - liked it enough to pick up a 6 pack at the local store to have a solid NEIPA in the fridge.

The pour is a somewhat bright gold color, cloudy with a near-white 1 finger head that settles to a film fairly quickly.

The aroma is a little weak IMO but very satisfying with sweet orange and melon notes.

The taste is just as pleasing. Smooth orange notes dominate. There is a slight dryness to the flavor that pulls it away from the tropical a tiny bit but this is a solid citrus flavor with a medium sweetness to it. Well done really, very well balanced. I could be convinced that there is some melon in there altering the orange but it is not distinct enough to warrant something definitive to say about it (see what I did there :)

It is a very soft mouthfeel with a moderate amount of seltzer to it. Bitterness is very low.

This is just a great summer NEIPA. Some of them can feel very heavy but this is in the medium range and goes down smoothly. Maybe the effervescence helps with that. Flavor is clean and you can't have any complaints on this one. One of my favorites from them so far.
