Brewed in celebration of our 2nd anniversary, Zoom is an Imperial Sour Ale with Raspberry, Tangerine, Lemon, & Vanilla. Sitting at 9.0% ABV, it is our strongest sour ale ever! This specialty beer tastes and smells of melted rocket pops, fresh blended berries, and sweet, tangy raspberry lemonade.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Murky purple brown pour. Thin off-white head leaves a ring of lacing. Opaque... rather ugly to be honest.
S: Tart and fruity. Raspberry lemonade and vanilla.
T.F: Drinks like a sweet tart. Raspberry and lemon mixed with cherry and vanilla. Not overly sour... creamy mouthfeel and medium bodied. Hides its ABV... more raspberry lemonade to finish.
O: A very drinkable fruited milkshake sour. Enjoyable brew.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a bright ruby color with 2 fingers of sudsy pinkish white head. Not much retention. Leaves a solid ring of lacing around the glass.
The aroma brings strong notes of pop rocks, raspberry and lemon Popsicles, and orange sherbet.
The flavor follows the nose with notes of raspberry lemonade, lemon popsicles, cherry pop rocks, orange creamsicle and vanilla ice cream. The graham cracker malt is subtly present.
The feel is medium bodied with good carbonation. Crisp and dry. Very tart finish.
Overall, this is a very good vanilla lactose sour, or whatever you want to call it. You get exactly what is advertised on the can. It would be a nice beer for a hot summer day.
