Cloudy amber stuff but with long-lasting foam. Smells like old citrus from under the sink. What is that strange taste? Jujube candy and bark. Orange juice and some Chinese fruit. Then the bitterness. Sweet and bitter. Murky, mucky, and bitter. Not quite as acidic as the standard NEIPA, but getting there with every sip. Is anyone tasting this stuff before they put it in cans? From the 16 oz can dated 08/27/21.
This one rates an ˚˚˚urk˚˚˚ . It's the last Strange Fruit of 2021. Thank goodness I have a Wander Googly Eyes for a nightcap since I didn't choose my New Year's Eve beers with any plan in mind. Oh, what's this? Gulp. Well, one drainpour and-- no make that two drainpours. Hoping for better in 2022.

A: Pours a hazy yellow color with 2 fingers of head that slowly fades down to a nice cap that leaves good lacing
S: Lots of tropical fruit and citrus up front along with some lighter spicy and piney notes
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with the citrus and tropical fruit and picks up some spicy, piney, and floral tones. Lightly bitter. Finishes with lingering citrus and tropical fruit
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. On the softer side
O: A solid NE IPA that is very easy to drink. Fairly standard fare as far as the style goes. Worth checking out
