IPA - Imperial / Double New England /... Collaboration with my boys Modest Man Brewing!
Notes:
Love these two breweries, alone and together. The resiny orange peel tang of the hops is the highlight. Deep, tangy fruits with a smooth, yet dry feel and flavor is high end. Pine resin pineapple slickness goes a long way. So many hops in this!!
Purchased at Monadnock Food Co-op

16oz can with illegible date code.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white fluff. Persistent retention with plenty of spongy lacing. Candied peach, white grape, and tangerine in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Peach with orange pith on the palate. Finishes with minimal malt or bitterness.
