This smooth and bright 7.3% NEIPA is packed with hundreds of pounds of Vic Secret, Citra, Mosaic and Galaxy! This beer has a layered and fruit-forward tasting profile that gives way to evocative floral notes. We think it tastes like vine-ripened passionfruit and juiced nectarines!

On tap at Definitive Brewing in Portland, ME.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells quite stone fruit forward, peach, nectarine, etc, with some orange and pineapple.
This is pretty solid – definitely very soft, peachy, and fruity, with a very light floral bitterness to it. It’s definitely super juicy, but doesn’t get overly sweet or flabby like a lot of the style.
This is medium bodied, creamy, and pretty drinkable.
Definitive is definitely one of the seemingly thousands of breweries at this point that do NEIPAs well.

16oz can with illegible date code.
Pours turbid gold with two inches of rocky froth. Plenty of spongy lacing and persistent retention. Unripe peach, orange, mango in the nose. Medium bodied with a creamy mouthfeel. Pithy, tropical citrus on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. White peaches, orange pith, and pink grapefruit. Finishes juicy and a bit pithy.
