Collaboration with North Park Beer Company.
We had a meeting of the minds and the mash with our friends at North Park Beer Co. and decided to brew this over-the-top, triple dry hopped, triple IPA! Brewed with Citra Incognito, Idaho 7, Topaz, Enigma, and El Dorado, this 10% heavy-hitter packs a myriad of flavors from tropical to dank and everything in between!

Appearance is turbid and hazy golden orange. About a finger of a super creamy eggshell white head, dissipated to a thin film fairly quickly. Decent lacing.
Nose is fantastic. Bursting with tropical fruits and zesty citrus. Pretty big hit of resinous pine with some floral, slightly herby dankness.
Taste follows the nose with candied tropical fruit and citrus up front. Middle of the palate I get the piney, somewhat floral bitterness. Nice grain/malt character on the back end. The dankness I was getting on the nose, albeit subtle, did not translate to the taste. The 10% is masked incredibly well. Even as it warmed up, there was really no booziness.
Mouthfeel is super soft and smooth. Lower side of full bodied, to be expected for 10%. Does not come across as syrupy or overly thick. It's got that creaminess that I've come to expect with top tier TIPAs.
Once I saw that this was a collab between Definitive and North Park, I set my expectations high and they were exceeded. This is a fantastic hazy triple IPA with a very fitting name. It is the perfect intersection (for me, at least) of a New England style juice bomb with a piney hop forward west coaster. Without a doubt in the top 5 of triple IPAs I've tried.

Definitive Brewing Company IPA - Triple New England Imperial IPA 3X Dry Hopped!
Creamy tropical fruits in these hops are crazy aromatic. Silky smooth and velvety fruit punch style. Vanilla cream tropical punch hop complexity is off the charts. Dry, grainy backdrop is deep in the finish. This is what 3X NE hazy all all about!!
