Demi-Sec, a French wine term for "semi-dry" is a double dry hopped New England IPA conditioned with Sauvignon Blanc grape must and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Hallertau Blanc and Citra. This beer pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium body and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. We like to think it tastes like fresh white peach, gooseberries, and subtle notes of lemongrass.

Pours a pretty hazed gold with a pinky+ of eggshell colored head. crazy lacing & nice head retention
S: Mangoes, papaya, peaches, guava & white grapes
T: Green melon, lime, dryness, tangerine & a little grassiness up front. Dryness, grassiness, grapefruit & some woody hops as this beer warms up, with some green melon & passion fruit creeping around the edges. Finishes with plenty of grapefruit, green melon, peach white grape skins & dryness
MF: Medium body, creamy carbonation, great balance
Nice drinkability, easily the best grape/IPA I've had. This would do well in the Summer despite the heft

16oz can dated 10/21/22.
Pours cloudy gold with a moderate head and retention. Funky in the nose with dank grape skins, grapefruit pith, pear. Medium bodied with a soft but tacky mouthfeel. Stone fruit on the palate with minimal malt or bitterness. Pineapple and grape skins, white peach, and papaya. Finishes fairly dry with lingering funky fruit.
