To mark the milestone of brewing our 100th batch of Definitive IPA at our Portland location, we took our flagship IPA and turned the volume all the way up. Triple dry hopping amplifies everything you love about Definitive IPA—bright bursts of tropical fruit, juicy citrus layers, and a smooth, resinous backbone—creating a bold yet balanced hop experience worthy of the celebration.

16oz canned 9-22-25, purchased at the brewery 10-22-25 and opened 11-2-25.
2 finger pillowy white head with excellent retention. Fresh, sticky lacing abounds. Orange-gold body and fully opaque.
Orange, mango, pine, sweaty (light garlic/onion) aroma. Fresh and bold.
Melon is a key flavor not noticed in the aroma. Flavorful citrus and tropical notes. A real joy to drink all around.
Full body, soft mouthfeel and a very mild but noticable bitterness across the tongue. Medium length hop drenched finish that is ultimately dry.
Caught this one at, maybe, the perfect time. Great brew.
Outstanding.
