16oz canned 7-14-25, opened 11-8-25.
1+ finger pillowy white head with very good retention and full lacing left behind. Golden, unfiltered body.
(Decanted the second can for a clear straw golden pour).
Floral notes, lemon, and faint pine in the aroma.
Citrus, some pine, lemon, and melon over a lean, light doughy malt flavor.
Medium body with a full mouthfeel (for a pilsner),,,has a little chew to it.
Drying across the tongue with some sweeetness at the back of the mouth...interesting dichotomy.
Enjoyed this on draught at the brewery in OCT25 as well.
Very Good.
