400ml pour at Alibi in Florence (Firenze).
Pours slightly hazy, light gold, 1.5 finger dense creamy head. Smell is WCIPA, a little rough around the edges and a lean toward the floral. Taste is more intensely bitter, maybe just more intense all around. Pine resin and lemon rind really intensified. Mouthfeel is a little filmy but not unpleasant. Dryish, cottonmouth finish. Overall, not bad, not impressive.

€6/,3L glass on tap at Pint Of View, Firenze, IT on 27 November 2019
Look: Clear deep gold body beneath a full head of bright white. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Hoppy! Grapefruit, otherwise citrusy, resinous, and softly piney.
Taste: As the aroma suyggests it will be: citrusy, piney, resinous, and herbal. The malt is basic and the bitterness is solid leading to a dry, hoppy finish. It lingers with bitterness, hop resins, and citrus pith.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp - quite standard.
Overall: A very good example of the Pacific northwest style IPA.
