Thanks to TheManiacalOne for this brew.
Pours a nice clean/clear golden yellow color, nice carbonation, nice little creamy off-white head, some nice sticky lacing follows. The nose is malty, some hops, slight spices, and caramel. The taste is slightly sweet, malty, somewhat hoppy, spicy, and some caramel. The finish is dry/bitter. Medium body. Drinkable, a nice brew, glad to have had a chance to try it out, thanks Mark.

bottle courtesy of TheManaicalOne...
clear, golden/orange-ish hue, fine, slim white head...
toasty malt aroma, grain and citrus,...lightly hoppy, buttery sweet...
Taste: snappy, but clean, malty, smooth, light bodied, ...not as beefy as I'd like, a good drinker, but could be more, I think...but, who am I kidding, the motto on the label is "craftsmanship, balance, drinkability", and this hits all those right on, they're doing what they want, and doing it right.
Good maibock, though, a nice, pleasant drinker, slightly grainy texture, overtaken by sweeter malts...I liked this better the more I drank it, and the further I got into the glass, the more it got away from me. I can really see this as a nice sessioner, on just the right day.
Very tasty.
Thumbs up from me!

Poured a medium golden color with moderate white puffy head.
Smell is malty with some dough like characteristics.
Taste is also bread-dough like with with a slight bitiness also present.
Stromg taste retention with a lightn hop presence noted at the finish.
A nice enough beer. Not my favorite style, but this is better than most.

Thanks to TheManiacalOne for this one.
Small capped bottle served into a flute.
Nice looking golden brew with a nice foamy white head, showing average retention but a good lacing.
Aroma is mostly hoppy, with some spices and a hint of alcohol.
Light on the palate, suggesting a higher drinkability than you would expect for a 6.1% ABV brew, it has a hoppy and peppered taste that if it is not complex, is pleasant.
Not my favorite style, but reasonably well done.

Poured from a 12oz. bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a bright gold color with a thin white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is of honey, spices, light malts and a good amount of hops.
T: The taste starts out malty and sweet with light flavors of honey, caramel and spices, then a strong bready flavor comes in along with a little bit of hops to provide a good balance. The after-taste is bready and slightly sweet.
M: Smooth and very crisp, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, clean and dry finish.
D: Tasty, goes down very easily, not very filling, very good representation of style, this a nice light, flavorful and sessionable beer that is well-worth drinking for a evening, especially given the fact that there are only a few other good Mai Bocks available in this area.
