Clear, golden color. A big, bubbly head that quickly disappears. Yeasts and floral notes in the aroma. Floral bitterness in taste.A very decent saison.

On tap @ Brazen Head. Pint glass.
Opaque, yellow/dirty gold mess. Bit of lace.
Floral, yeasty, fruity sharp scent.
Taste is earthy hops, dry grain, & a definite tart apple-y imposition. Thin, mellow carbonation, acidic. Dry, fairly bitter, but with the added tannic apple structure. Not as a negative, it just is.
Solid.
