This traditional cream ale is light-bodied, crisp, and incredibly smooth. Pale golden in color with a soft, creamy mouthfeel, it balances very mild hop bitterness with a subtle malt sweetness thanks to the use of corn in the mash. This incredibly easy-drinking and refreshing brew appeals to both craft beer fans and casual drinkers alike. It's the perfect crossover between a lager’s drinkability and the flavor of an ale.

Reviewing post brewery visit but wanted to add this one because it is a great example of the style...crystal clear light gold pour, nice white head, hard to judge retention and lacing due to the plastic cup, only given to us because we sat oustide.
Nose was lightly sweet, faint hop character, bright and clean pale malt.
Taste was very nice, white bread but cracker like and dry, goldilocks zone hop presence, grass and straw.
Light body, biting crispness on the finish with low but noticeable hop presence on the tongue.
Highly recommend this one to lovers of the style or to someone that wants a nice clean, drinkable and balanced light beer.
