It's starting to feel a lot like winter so we'd like to introduce Juleøl, our Norwegian-style Ale inspired by Christmas.
Juleøl (pronounced yule•ewl) is a very unique beer brewed with juniper infused water and juniper berries added during the boil. We infused the process water with juniper berries for over 16 hours before we even started the brewing process. The juniper infusion creates a warm & spicy base layer of complexity that accentuates the additional juniper berries added during the boil. The end result is bursting with aromas & flavors of freshly crushed juniper berries, dried ginger, and pink peppercorn.
