Hazy IPA fermented with our house saison yeast and double dry-hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe. We are in love with this beer. It combines our love for saison and IPA so beautifully. Malted oats and flaked barley provide a silky smooth texture underneath the bone-dry body typically found in saison. This is the most hops we've used in a beer so far and it shows.
L'appel Du Vide is exploding with pungent citrus & passion fruit notes while sporting the fruity and earthy yeast esters also found in our Villein series of farmhouse ales. Santé!

Pours a nice vibrant light golden color with a nice head and lacing
Aroma has pleasant tropical and citrus hints accentuating the lemon
