Viking-style Farmhouse Lager.
Lagertha starts as an Amber Lager primary fermented with our favorite German lager yeast and is then secondary fermented with our favorite Norwegian farmhouse yeast. The result is a very unique lager full of dried dark fruit and caramel flavors. Lagered (cold conditioned) for over four months and lightly dry hopped with Centennial and American Noble Citra for an additional layer of complexity.
