In Awe of is an American Sour Ale brewed with oats, soured in the kettle with lactobacillus, and fermented with our favorite American Ale yeast strain to keep the base beer crisp, clean, and straightforward to really let the fruit additions shine.
In Awe of: Blueberry Pomegranate was fermented with over 1,000 lbs of blueberry & pomegranate purée. The result is a very colorful beer that is oozing with fruit flavors over a delightfully sour base.
