Baltic Porter is often a misunderstood style of beer in the US so we set out to create a truly authentic representation of the style.
Praamzius, Ruler of Time is brewed with the finest brown, chocolate and caramel malts. It is fermented cold with lager yeast and then cold conditioned at 33°F for over 100 days to produce the cleanest, smoothest high ABV dark beer possible.
Praamzius, Ruler of Time is very dark brown and far less roasty than American Porter & Stout. Coffee, caramel, and toasted biscuit flavors dominate this insanely drinkable beer.

Pours dark brown with an aroma far less roasty than so many others of this style. In fact, the brewer has created an authentic Baltic Porter with its biscuit, coffee and caramel flavours. Bravo, Elder Pine!
