Love me some Strata. Citrusy, piney and lightly dank. A bit of white wine character in aroma. Good balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw with a three finger head; excellent retention with a few shards and clumps
Smell: Earthy cracker, papaya, candied key lime and white wine grape
Taste: Somewhat dank, from the outset, with cracker and earthy grains underpinning the papaya and white wine grape tones; citrus peel and candied key lime, in the middle, brings a sweetened bitterness to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and creamy with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Elder Pine never disappoints; what surprises me is they continue to be under the radar relative to some of the other "name" breweries that have top level status

Growler into pint glass. Pours a hazy light gold with a creamy white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is light citrus, white grape juice, and a touch of pine resin. Mouthfeel is soft but clean. Finish fades to restrained citrus. Quite enjoyable!
