Southern Hemisphere Pilsner brewed with the finest Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and partially hopped with one of the rarest hop varieties on the planet, New Zealand Riwaka, for prominent notes of citrus zest. The other portion of hops are Australian Vic Secret for ripe pineapple notes.

Poured into a narrow imperial pint glass: color is straw, slight chill haze, head is bright white with fine to small bubbles, head presents two fingers thick and lingers with solid one finger top and spotty lacing.

Smell is grainy barley pilsner malt with light grape nut, then hop notes of pith, light lemon, earth.

Taste is similar with raw, grainy pilsner malt flavor, grape nut light, hop notes are light with a hint of lemon zest, herbal, maybe light floral.

Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, low/moderate sweetness, lower bitterness.

Overall an exceptionally unique pilsner - a bit grainy and raw in malt flavor but is balanced by the light and pleasant hop notes; very drinkable.

Clear, yellow color with a big, white head. Bread, malt, citrus, and tropical fruits in the aroma. Crisp, refreshing taste with pleasant hoppy bitterness at the end.

Murky golden body, two fingers of eggshell white foam for the appearance. Hoppy and thin but in a dry way. Has rustic tones, which I really appreciate, but tastes like a session IPA more than a Pilsner. Sneaky fruity in the taste with tropical tones and lemon. Higher carbonation really works here, creating an upward dynamic to the sip

A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving a large, thin patch of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge.
S: Light to moderate aromas of kumquat are present in the nose along with notes of pineapple and hints of grapefruit.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of pineapple. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the aromas and flavors from the hops in this pilsner.
