This pilsner pours crisp and clean, with a heavy froth and a decent splattering of lace. The body is a golden amber color, translucent and free of carbonation bubbles. Subtle lemongrass tickles the palate; there is a minimum of bitterness. This would be good on a hot day, or sitting outside on your patio - where I am at this very moment. Look! A squirrel.

Pours a pale golden - very light amount of haze but mostly clear. Some soapy dissipating head. Some floral hops on the nose. It's super biscuity bready crusty. The bittering from the earthy saaz hops is measured so as not to overwhelm the structure of this. It is a little thin and I wonder whether this was decocted or not. It is nicely refreshing though. Enjoyable.
