Rice Lager aged in our oak lagering foeder for 2 months. Brewed with jasmine rice & red rice and lightly dry-hopped with Motueka. Crisp, snappy, zippy, delicate. Notes of lemon zest, puffed rice cereal, gentle oak.

A nice easy drinking yet flavorful lager. Sort of in the same vein as along of the house/ craft AALs being made in recent years. This one is just fine for what it is.

Murky yellow pour with a large white head that dies down into webbing pretty quickly. Big lemon and orange zest with a kiss of oak sourness leads the smell before the rice and malt balance out slightly. Tastes like lemon rice paper with a kiss of oak and cereal, not as dynamic as the nose but interesting. Feel is bright and sharp, never gets watery but thinks about it, finishes dry. Fascinating, delicate yet good beyond the novelty
