Clear, amber color. Big, off-white head. Caramel malt, bread, and dried fruits in the aroma. Malty, moderately sweet taste with balancing bitterness at the end.

Clear copper, off white head, good retention, splotchy lace
Aromas of vanilla, oak, caramel, buttered toast, fresh turned soil, rich malts
Rich malty and oak flavor
Medium-heavy bodied, could use a touch more carbonation
Really interesting take on Marzen, could stand to be a touch lighter to be more drinkable

Cloudy dark orangey amber body, two fingers of tan foam. Big crystal malt, bright oak and acorn in nose. Taste features more nuance: light bright oak backs acorn, brown bread, euro crystal malt. Higher carb, malty and yeasty in the feel. This was the right amount of oak for this set up
