Spirit Knife is a brand new Hazy IPA brewed with tons of flaked oats & flaked barley for a soft creamy mouthfeel. A very generous dose of Mosaic, Sultana & Vic Secret hops provide impressions of perfectly ripe pineapple, peach rings and tangerine zest.

16 ounce can poured into a Willi Becher.
Canned 4/3/23
L: Straw in color, hazy but translucent, 3 finger white head, medium density foam leaves lace and has good retention.
S: Nose is somewhat juicy, grapefruit and later some tropical aromas, light grainy malt underneath.
T: Taste is hop forward but not juicy, assertive citrus peel bitterness, grapefruit pith, grainy malt, some oat flavor, very low sweetness.
F: Light bodied, medium carbonation, soft overall, slight prickly finish, chewy.
O: Good hazy style, a little thinner than I would like, especially considering the addition of oats.
