Norwegian-inspired Helles Bock aged in Red Wine barrels for 12 months. Primary fermented with our house lager yeast and secondary fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast for extra orange-blossom honey notes to accentuate the honey-esque malt character. The extensive aging in red wine barrels brings a touch of oak and dark fruit character to this very unique beer.
