Barley, Wheat, Rye, Golden Oats, Purple Corn, Jasmine Rice & Fonio are the base of this very unique Multi-grain Lager. Brewed in the German Helles Lager style, this Seven Grain Lager showcases a melange of ultra-crisp & crackery cereal grains with just a tiny touch of citrusy hop character from New Zealand Riwaka.

On draught in the brewery tap room.
Pale straw color, a thick 2-finger head that leaves a little lacing.
Pleasant malt aroma and flavor, heavy on the grain flavors as expected, the rye dominates. The multigrain aspect adds to the complexity.
A little citrusy, grapefruit.
Nicely carbonated and refreshing.
A very enjoyable Helles Lager.
